Dearest family,

Well its another beautiful day in Kennewick Washington, This week has been a very interesting one. So on Monday, Elder Crewse and i got a phone call that morning and it was the zone leaders telling us that the sisters in our zone had gotten in a car accident and that someone had backed into them and so they were going to have to go without a car for about three weeks.......and immediately i knew where he was going with this, and i didn't like it. Then came the bad news, we were going to have to give up our car for the next three weeks so that the sisters could have a car while theirs was in the shop. so is the life of an Elder. So needless to say i have been walking ALOT this last week it has been SOOOOO fun haha. We get to talk to a lot of people and get blood blisters! Happy days! We also live like 30 minutes outside our area so we have to walk to our area everyday its awesome haha. We now have to plan a lot different because we don't have that much time to work with now because we have to plan for walk time now. But in other news we had a awesome week!

Tuesday we tried by alot of potentials, we got to talk to alex but he told us to come back later and that he was busy, we walked around alot and decided that we would go tract down by the river which is down towards the bottom of our area....that was a bad idea because all we got was
A. a total drugged up guy that was cussing up a storm at us
B. a dog that bit a hole through my pants and that i kicked about 20 yards (yes and it was good)
C. and a gun.......enough said
so it wasn't the best tracting experience ever so we took a little bit of a break and sat ansd had some water and as i looked at the sunset i realized that even with all of that there isnt another place on this planet that i would rather be right now and that i need to enjoy every moment of it because i will never have this exact experience ever again. It was so awesome and the sunset was incredible. After that we went and taught Ben and Maddie, and man are they so golden!!! We taught them about how they needed to go to church pray and read the scriptures and then how they needed to get married so that they could get baptized, they said that they would taalk about it and how they did need to get married. It was so cool! Elder Crewse was awesome he just threw down how they needed to get married and as we testified of the blessing that come with it it was so good i love it!

Wednesday we had district meeting and we talked about how since President Ware is wanting to chang e the mission culture in this mission to concentrate it to the lord and become the missionaries that he wants us to be, we talked about how we need to start focusing our studies on our investigators and study for them and their needs so that we can become more effective teachers. it was way cool. Then we decided that we were going to go try by a potential named Meno who live by one of our investigators named Sal. As we were going to go see if Meno was home, and as we were going to his house Sal pulled up in his car and asked if we could come talk for a bit we said absolutely, and we went in and had about a hour long discussion about how grateful he was to us and how interested he was in our church!!!!! It was such a miracle and now he wants his whole family to come and listen to the discussions!!! I AM SO PUMPED!!!!! It was a very good day

Thursday I was on exchanges with Elder Nelson, ahh it was like good ol times up in Wenatchee we sung High School Musical the WHOLE day it was the very best haha. We went and taught his 86 year old investigator named Marvin, it was the best because he cant hear so you literally have to shout to talk to him haha and he doesn't understand alot of it. I loved it we couldn't talk afterwards our throats were so sore. Then we went and gave a Church tour to some of his other investigators named the Evans they are a part member family and they loved it so much and they told us that they were going to be 15 minutes early to church it was the best!

Friday we spent ALL DAY PLANNING ARGHHGHHHHGHGH i was about to die!!!!!! i hate begin inside all day it stinks. Then we went out and tried by a few people but to no avail

Saturday we had ZLC and it was great we talked about how great things are happening in the kennewick zone and how we just need to get on board with president and change the mission culture. We then went and taught a less active family named the Schoenstra's it was really cool.

Sunday i got to give Marvin a baptismal interview and it was fun to be able to yell at someone for a change haha. Then we got in with a part member family name d the Greenlands and they are so cool and now we will start meeting with them im so pumped!!!!

Well i will hopefully talk to you all next week im out!!!!!!!!
